Deer Processing

  • Payment and Pickup

    A deposit of $2 per lb will be required on all trim at the time of being dropped off.

    Once your deer products are completed and ready to be picked up, you will be texted at the number provided.

    You will have exactly 2 WEEKS to have the products picked up and paid for.

    If 2 weeks pass, storage charges will begin being added to your total.

  • Rules

    The Gilbertville Locker will only accept clean, boneless deer trim (no bones, blood clots, hair, etc).

    All trim must be dropped off in food safe bags/containers. Absolutely no trash bags will be accepted.

    We reserve the right to refuse any deer trim in order to maintain a high quality end product.

    All deer products, except jerky and fresh ground items, will be made with commingled trim.

    All items, except the fresh ground items, will be a blend of 60% deer trim and 40% pork trim.
